For more than 100 years, these are the ingredients that have accompanied the Annoni family's work. We have been the custodians of antique methods of making pasta and have always been involved with achieving excellence in our field. In fact the Annoni's reputation for quality is known throughout Italy as well as abroad.

We are the fourth generation carrying on this tradition which confirms our commitment and our reason for existing. It is also why we can look to the future with extreme confidence.

"When I am asked to explain the reasons for our success, I like to respond that the Annoni company is above all a brand which has always been associated with the best and most antique tradition in the culinary art of our country. We are capable of matching quality with the taste of fine Italian pasta and of other typical specialties.


Our principles are:
A century-old tradition and the use of personally and carefully selected ingredients while preparing pasta. For instance: choosing the best flour and the most genuine and fresh eggs. Manufacturing processes are carried out by modern equipment which is run by expert technicians who guarantee the same genuineness as in the old days.The above according to very high quality standards which have been regularly certified. Investing in development.We have recently renovated the production facilities in order to continue guaranteeing the same taste for tradition and quality as always. Focusing on the evolution of tastes which stem from new demands arising from the change in consumption habits. Continuing research aimed at improving the quality of our products and services. Motivation and highly qualified personnel who work in our company are essential in guaranteeing the quality of our products as well as consumer and distributor satisfaction.

With these convictions in mind along with the sharing of these principles, I have picked up the baton for the Annoni family's race towards the second century of their business activity."
